He was expedient and professional and took the time to explain the process to me, and was able to ensure that whatever needed to be included was. Dean has made himself available for questions ...even years down the line- recently I had a law form contact me about a discharged debt from 2011 and Dean answered the phone on the first ring, remembered who I was, and even emailed me the documents that I needed as proof.
