Biography
In addition to my law practice, I am the Founder and Producer of NapaShakes, a performing arts nonprofit bringing world-class Shakespeare to the Napa Valley, and have been Producing Director of the Napa Valley Performing Center at Lincoln Theater in Yountville. I am a Tony-nominated producer of theatre on and off-Broadway, have been a regular radio contributor, and was a columnist for the St. Helena Star newspaper and . My bi-weekly Up the Valley column was a winner of the National Society of Newspaper Columnists award for humor for three years, and other awards. I have also written for magazines like Decanter, California Homes and Shortlist. A small-business owner in California’s Napa Valley, I owned and operated the retail store and website Pennaluna, for which I developed and manufactured a successful signature fragrance. I am a resident of St. Helena, California.
