Biography
Daniel Hodsdon is your East Bay family law attorney, serving all communities in the East Bay, including Dublin, San Ramon, Pleasanton, Livermore, Castro Valley, Hayward, Fremont, Newark, San Leandro, Oakland, Berkeley, and the surrounding areas in Alameda County, Contra Costa County, Santa Clara County, and San Mateo County.
Daniel has been practicing family law exclusively for nearly 10 years in all counties throughout the Bay Area. He attended high school in the east bay, college at UC Berkeley, and studied law at the University of San Francisco.
He is currently a member of the San Francisco, San Mateo, Alameda, and Contra Costa Bar Associations, and has been a Barristers Board Member in San Mateo County since 2011.
Daniel has experience in all aspects of family law, from premarital agreements to divorce, child support, spousal support, and complex property division. He has a client-first, settlement oriented philosophy designed to guide you through difficult, stressful circumstances.
