My standard flat rates for common Family Law tasks, subject to modification based on your individual circumstances and not including court fees or service, are as follows:
- 1-hour consultation - preliminary review/options/steps for your case = $300
- Draft Petition and Summons = $200-$400 (1/2 to 1 hour with children)
- Draft Financial Disclosures = $400-$1,600 (1 to 4 hours)
- Draft standard motion for temporary child/spousal support = $400 (1 hour)
- Hearing Appearance (SF Bay Area) = $400 (1 hour)
- Draft Marital Settlement Agreement = $400-$1,200 (1-3 hours)
- Draft Judgment Documents = $400-$800 (1-2 hours)
