Xinjia Wang

I was referred to Cindy (Xinjia) Wang, and unfortunately, I must say she is the WORST lawyer I have ever encountered. At the beginning, before we signed the agreement, she presented herself as professional and objective. However, once the contract was confirmed, her behavior changed completely. Sh...e became UNRESPONSIVE, FAILED to understand my background and qualifications, and was UNABLE to develop an appropriate strategy or direction to highlight my strengths in the case. Instead of guiding me through the process, I felt like I was acting as her assistant, despite being the paying client. I had to REWRITE my own plan because Cindy completely FAILED to understand my experience, even though I had walked her through my background multiple times. I ultimately had to draft my own RFE response, as Cindy was entirely UNRESPONSIVE leading up to the submission deadline. Whenever I expressed concerns about her interpretation of my case or the proposed strategy, she consistently tried to shift the responsibility back to me. For example, the occupation she initially selected for me was completely misaligned with my background. When I questioned it, her response was, “You can go ahead if you want to. It’s not my responsibility.” Most concerning of all is her poor command of English, which made communication extremely difficult. I genuinely do not understand how she is practicing in the U.S., and I seriously question her success rate as an immigration attorney.
