Very helpful Lawyer

Recently had my nunc pro tunc asylum granted. My Assylum office was in Arlintong, VA. I lost my derivate asylum after getting married before applying for AOS. In between USCIS also returned my application to renew work permit. Maleeha not only helped with the responding to the RFE and preparing and s...ubmitting the application, but she also traveled to Virginia out of her busy schedule to accompany me during my interview. She is very helpful, always responsive to email and phone. I highly recommend her to anybody in a similar situation or have any other immigration problem.

Best Immigration Lawyer

This is an outstanding law firm. No doubt about it. They work hard to make sure you case is filled in the timely manner with the best possible results expectation. There are so many factors considered while filling tough immigration cases specially the waivers, but Maleeha did her best. Case processi...ng times are out of her reach and it sometimes is a big relief to hear good news because this team has got you great results. If you are looking for any immigration help and specially Hardship waiver related help, don’t think twice before hiring her. I was in a very tough situation when I hired her (twice) and she steered my life ship into the right direction and now I feel blessed to have such people working for me. She made all the decisions and expectation clear to me. No sugar coating. You might feel sometime that your answer is not replied but I assure you that she is working or have already figured it out for you. I live in the Sacrament and but I never felt that I am being ignored or less focused due to clients in Bay Area. Never! There are no issues / cons to hire her. You can’t find more honest people anywhere else who have the best interest of the clients. Even before my case approval, I had sent some close friends to this her and I keep referring her everywhere. I will always keep this firm in mind for my future immigration needs. Regards, Zaini

Excellent!! Don't worry... your in good hands.....

I am very fortunate to have Maleeha Haq to represent me as my attorney during my immigration case. She is very professional, honest and understanding lawyer. She dedicated a good amount of time to me and my case. She never hesitated to dedicate me extra prep help before the case proceedings. She w...as very helpful to me on clearing out all of my doubts regarding my case. She is an expert in spotting out documentation discrepancies and there possible loop holes that could affect the decision outcome and I believe due to her experiences she has a good knowledge for proper documentation requirements per your case and definitely she will guide you on it. During the court proceedings due to her expertise and her prep work really helped me to grant my asylum. Finally, regarding financial prospective I found Haq Law reasonable. My case required a good amount work and time. I have had spoken to different attorneys and the fee amount I was projected were quite expensive comparing them to my income. Haq Law had a reasonable amount and the quality of the work done and the results achieved is outstanding. Therefore, I highly recommend Attorney Maleeha Haq to anyone who is seeking professional help on their immigration case. Thank you Maleeha and the team as well.

Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

My mother took her oath to become a US citizen and we could not have done it without Maleeha's help. It was a long uncertain journey and there were many times that we were close to giving up on my mother's citizenship process. However, it was due to her belief and perseverance that we continued to pu...sh through. Thank you for answering all of our endless questions whether it be through email, text, or phone. Thank you for not giving up and pushing us to keep trying. Thank you for accompanying my mom to her interview, for challenging the USCIS officer's conclusion, and following up after with the extra requirements. Thank you for continually checking in to make sure the citizenship process was progressing as intended. Thank you thank you thank you thank you for everything. We are so thankful for everything you have done for our family, and now my mother has the freedom to travel to visit her family in both Indonesia and the United States.
