About Kelly
Biography
Kelly M. Resnick received her B.A. in Political Science and Communication from Rutgers University in New Jersey. She received her Juris Doctorate from American University, Washington College of Law in Washington, D.C. She was an active member of the Clinical Program during her third year of law school, which allowed her to take on real clients and represent them in Court proceedings under the supervision of a professor.
Since obtaining her license in 2009, Kelly has assisted hundreds clients with debt relief issues. Her practice focuses on consumer bankruptcy, debt settlement, IRS debt negotiation, and landlord/tenant disputes. Kelly is currently a member of the State Bar of California, Northern California District of the U.S. Federal Court, the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, and the Alameda Bar Association.
In her spare time, Kelly enjoys snowboarding, cooking, hiking, and traveling.

Smart and Awesome!
