Mr. Replogle was lead counsel for 20 young men from Puerto Vallarta, Mexico who were sexually abused when they were minors by Thomas F. White, a San Francisco financier. Although the abuse occurred ... in Mexico, Mr. Replogle filed the civil action in federal court in San Francisco. The action was fhe first civil action filed by foreign sexual abuse victims under the PROTECT Act. Mr. Replogle is now consulted regularly on legal issues relating to the trafficking of women and children for sexual purposes.
