When first contacting her, she seems to be the best one can hope for. Talks a lot, gives advise, makes you feel you are doing the right thing by signing up with her as your mediator in your pending divorce. Once however, she has that signature of yours things change drastically. There is almost no co...mmunication, emails are either not read or simply ignored, telephone messages are ignored and not returned, appointments are simply cancelled within an hour prior to the meeting (happens a lot), drafts drawn up or rather "overwritten" (it seems that a Master copy is used - nothing unusual, however, instead of saving a copy of the master and filling in the blanks and adding things, it seems that the Master copy is simply "overwritten over and over" by adding different names and forgetting to take out some of the things that worked for the client it was used for before. Simply terrible! This results in one paragraph referring to one specific thing that is important to you (as the current client), but in the next paragraph it states the exact opposite (a left over from the client it was used for before you). The relationship/communication between the soon to be Ex-husband is very bad in many ways, but when it comes to having an opinion about Page Tyran we can only but agree! Be warned, you will so regret using her and filling her pockets with your hard earned money. She talks, and she talks nicely and a very lot, but when it comes down to it, all it is is TALK and very little action.
