Biography
Carla has practiced immigration law since 2008, after being admitted to the California State Bar; and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
She has assisted clients in both the employment-based and family-based immigration setting. In terms of employment-based immigration, Carla has extensive experience in nonimmigrant visas (including, but not limited to H-1B, TN, E, L, O, R visas), PERM and the I-140 processes. In terms of family-based immigration, she continues to assist her clients in petitions for family members, Fiance visas, U visas, DACA, and Provisional Waivers.
The most rewarding aspect of Carla’s job is being able to successfully assist her clients in reaching their immigration objectives.
