He earned the rank of Eagle Scout in Troop 180 at age13.
He graduated from Alhambra High School in 1966.
Angelo received an A.A. ( Associate in Arts) degree
from Diablo Valley College in 1968.
He received the degree of Bachelor of Arts with major
in Sociology from University of California at Berkeley
in 1970.
He received his Juris Doctor's degree from the University
of California Hastings College of the Law in 1973.
