Jennifer Lee Thaete

Jennifer Thaete, is a certified Legal Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law.

She practices primarily in the area of Estate Planning, including the creation of Trust and Will based Estate Plans. Additionally, she assists clients in the areas of Probate, Conservatorship, Guardianship, Trust Administration, as well as other matters related to post death administration.

She is an active member of the California State Bar and a member of that body’s Trusts and Estates section; a member of the American Bar Association, Alameda County Bar Association and the Eastern Alameda County Bar Association.

Ms. Thaete is actively involved in the community; her activities include being an active member of  the Livermore Rotary Club and serving on the Livermore Valley Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors as the current Chair.

Ms. Thaete is married and has three children. She lives in Livermore with her family and enjoys being an active part of the community in which she herself was raised.
