William Conrad Vencill

William C. Vencill has almost four decades of civil litigation experience, focusing on real property and construction disputes; corporate, partnership, and commercial disputes; and title insurance claims. Mr. Vencill represents clients in real estate, business and construction matters outside of litigation, negotiating and preparing contracts covering all aspects of these areas of the law.

In addition to having extensive litigation experience, Mr. Vencill is also an experienced mediator, arbitrator, and a Special Master. Since 1994, he has been providing alternative dispute resolution services in a diverse array of practice areas, including construction claims, trust and estate claims, real property disputes, contract disputes, and business disputes. He received mediation training from  A.D.R.A. and Steven Rosenberg and regularly attends ADR workshops and training.

Mr. Vencill attended Saint Mary’s College of California in Moraga, California, where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1971, and the University of California, Hastings College of Law in San Francisco, California, where he earned his Juris Doctor degree in 1975. He is admitted to practice in all state courts of California (1975), the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California (1975), U.S. District Court for the Central District of California (1978), U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California (1981), Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals (1976), and the U.S. Supreme Court (1979).
