Eugene Taylor Franklin

I believe Mr. Franklin did not have my best interests at heart. Mr. Franklin wears a hearing aid and at times would confuse himself when trying to understand what im telling him. It felt as if Mr. Franklin lost interest in my case two months in. Towards the end of my case I reached a settlement. In m...y settlement it is stated I would receive my payment within 10 business days. On that tenth business day (Wednesday) I called the lawyers office and was told a payment should be in by friday. So i patiently waited for friday. On friday I was told no later then Monday. So I waited over the weekend and then called again on Monday. On M onday Mr. Franklin said I should be getting my payment on Wednesday (rolls eyes). When I wanted to discuss why it is taking to long Mr. Franklin rushed me off the phone as if he was busy and said he'd call me back... still no money and no phone call. I would strongly suggest u look for a more professional lawyer for ur representation.
