Reginald Andre Ratliff

Reginald Ratliff is an intellectual property attorney and managing partner at Vanguard IP LLP in San Jose, California. The recipient of a BS in electrical engineering from Tuskegee University, Mr. Ratliff spent more than a decade as a patent examiner with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. While there, Mr. Ratliff enrolled at Georgetown University Law Center, where he would complete his JD in 2000.

Admitted to the patent bar, Reginald Ratliff to the San Francisco Bay Area and joined Sunnyvale law firm Blakely Sokoloff Taylor & Zafman. Mr. Ratliff prepares, files and prosecutes patent applications for clients in Silicon Valley and beyond.
