Unreliable
Impossible to get hold of, never calls back. No info passed on. Seems like he doesn't know what he's talking about. Client must do all legwork. It was an awful experience and I am glad I hired a new lawyer, but I feel like I'm back at square one because he did absolutely nothing for me.
