HORRIBLE ATTORNEY. Waste of money and VERY unprofessional dropped a client the DAY BEFORE TRIAL. I was his client. I was incarcerated for a bit and i hired him before that happened. He said he was able to work with me and would give me time. We paid a total of 1/3 of his services and all he has had t...o do is postpone the court date until further notice. Now that i have court tomorrow and no $$ to pay him he is dropping me. Dont belive me? Email me and ill gladly send photos over of our conversation. He is childish, weak, a very poor attourney, and does NOT care about his clients. Only the $$ he has in his pockets. He will burn you to make his dollar. Carson Newton took in my case and wasted my time. I called in several times to him saying that he is working on my case, come into the office and he is not even there, he has his high school interns inform me that he is no longer doing my case, after dragging it on for how long? Super unprofessional ...and sloppy. Do not waste your time on this lawyer, he will only waste your money and time!
