Biography
I have extensive jury trial and litigation experience, and have tried both civil and criminal cases, including civil medical malpractice, wrongful death and product liability matters, and criminal felony and misdemeanors. Presently, I'm Partner with McNamara, Ambacher, Wheeler, Hirsig & Gray, LLP. Previously, I was a sole practitioner in Napa, CA. I was a trial associate with Narayan & Hudson, Zurich Insurance, San Francisco Staff Legal, through the Mergis Group. I practiced with Rogaski, Preovolos, Weber and Patterson, LLP., Larson & Burnham, and Borton, Petrini & Conron.
I am admitted to the Federal District Courts in the Northern, Eastern, Central and Southern Districts of California.
In addition to having worked hundreds of automobile casualty cases, I have also handled primary case areas of Construction Defects and Construction Site Injuries, Environmental Law, Medical Malpractice, Real Estate Broker and Agents Negligence, Land Fraud, Product Liability, Design Professional Errors and Omissions, Wrongful Death, Pesticide Contamination, Nuisance and Insurance Coverage.
