Erene Kuvetakis Anastopoulos

Erene’s goal as an attorney is to make the estate planning process as painless as possible. As a mother, wife and business owner, she understands how overwhelming an estate plan can feel. As an attorney, she knows how important it is to have a plan in place. She takes pride in providing her clients with a supportive environment while guiding them to the appropriate plan to meet their goals.

Erene received her Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degrees in Political Science and Communications from the University of California, Davis, then went on to receive her Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Santa Clara University School of Law.

Before Erene founded the Law Offices of Erene K. Anastopoulos, Inc., she was a Partner at a local estate planning and family law firm, where she practiced for eleven years.

Erene has been certified by the California State Bar Board of Legal Specialization as a specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law, an honor bestowed on less than 10% of all attorneys in California.

She also has experience litigating will and trust contests, capacity issues, and financial abuse of elders. While Erene no longer litigates, her experience with litigation is invaluable when spotting potential future issues and crafting estate plan documents.
