The first time was pretty smooth although his staffs were not so professional in communicating with me. The second time was absolute disaster! I got the chance to speak to him directly but guess... what? He treated me like one of his evicting tenants. I spent only a few minutes and asked some simple legal questions. His attitude was absolutely unbearable. Within 5 minutes, the dialogue went from consulting to firing the attorney in the middle of eviction process.....
