Mike has represented a diverse array of creative clients, from Fortune 100 technology companies to artists, developers, and inventors working out of garages and coffee shops. Mike pairs high-end expertise with flexible representation options to provide legal counsel that best suits each client’s particular needs.

As well as recently becoming a Partner at A,T & P Mike is also a law professor and Diablo Valley College and has many other wide-ranging interests and business experiences. Such interests include travel, writing, real estate investment, entrepreneurship, film producing, and theater.

Mike received his Juris Doctorate from John F. Kennedy University and his BFA from NYU. Having been there himself, Mike is particularly keen on helping start-ups grow, properly protecting intellectual property, and in helping students and visionaries realize their dreams.
