Lisa Jane Radcliffe

For 35 years our office was located in Moraga,California.  As of June 1,2009 our Senior Partner Martha C. Radcliffe retired and we moved to Pleasant Hill.  Martha passed away suddenly in February 2010.  We were one of the only Mother-Daugher law firms in the State of California for a number of years.

I currently offer a one-hour $325 consultation program. The meeting lasts approximately an hour and I do not charge for email follow up questions (as everyone always walks out of my office, and, as they approach their car think of the 20 things they forgot to ask!).   I ask people seeking a consultation to scan/fax me copies of any motions, forms or documents that have been filed in their case.  I also ask that they bring financial information:  Taxes, bank account information, etc. for my review.  Ultimately marriage is about love and divorce is about money.

While I am resolution and settlement focuses, I will act assertively to protect the rights of my clients and dispell the fear that they might have surrounding their rights.  I know that divorce, custody and other family law battles are extremely emotional and difficult.  I have been focusing almost entirely on family law as an attorney since 1992 and served as a paralegal for the 4 years prior to that.
