Duane Gary Henry

I'm so glad that my ex and I hired Duane Henry to handle our divorce mediation. My ex is difficult and we had some thorny issues to work out, including kids, support, property, a house and retirement funds. I have a lot of friends who have gone through divorces and most were unsatisfied with their ...divorce lawyers. Three of my friends had used Duane Henry, and all recommended him. One had used him as her lawyer in litigation and the other two--one man and one woman (not married to each other)--had used him as a mediator. According to my first friend, Duane is a first-class litigator and did an excellent job in court for her. My other two friends said they would definitely recommend mediation with Duane as a way to avoid court and a lot of stress. They were right. Duane handled my mediation very efficiently and helped my ex and me through a lot of thorny issue. He returned our calls promptly and answered questions clearly. He brought to our attention important issues that we had not thought of and helped us resolve them. As a result, the year since my divorce has been very amicable and business-like with my ex. Duane is also very kid-conscious and gave us a lot of good advice in that area. Hopefully my new spouse and I will never need Duane's services, but he is the divorce attorney and mediator that I recommend to all my friends. I am very happy about his work
