Leslie Allyn Leyton

Founded by consumer bankruptcy attorney Leslie Leyton, Leyton Law's central mission is to help people get back on their feet at a time that they need it. In her legal career, Leslie has served in both public and private sectors, having worked for the U.S. Attorneys Office, the Superior Court of California, the American Civil Liberties Union, and several nationally recognized private practices litigating matters related to civil rights, election law, and workers' compensation. Leslie holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Politics with a minor in Legal Studies, and she received her Juris Doctorate from the University of California at Hastings. Leslie's interest in consumer protection spurred during a clerkship at a multi-state bankruptcy practice in San Jose, California, in 2010, in the midst of what is now known as the Great Recession. Leslie takes a compassionate approach to guide her clients through the bankruptcy process while aggressively defending their rights and interests.
