Kelly Jayne Berryman

I am a mediator, counselor and advocate promoting strong and sustainable relationships for my clients. Whether working to resolve a breakdown between existing partners or structuring a new venture, ultimately my work is about understanding goals and overcoming the obstacles that hinder success. I work best with people who are ready to tackle big challenges and persevere to the finish line.

I counsel closely held companies, investors and individuals, including wineries and wine industry businesses, vineyard consultants, manufacturers, contractors, professionals, and retail businesses. I have been representing clients throughout the Napa Valley and North Bay for over 23 years.

I serve as general business counsel on day-to-day matters and also advise my clients when they are considering a large sale or reorganization. My work includes business and real property transactions, development and commercial finance.
