Ms. Goldsmith is a formidable lawyer. I have been a lawyer nearly 20 years longer than she has -- and found her organized, VERY prepared and quite adept in the courtroom. The judge complimented us in our professionalism and that we kept the "decency level" high in what could have been a nasty custo...dy trial. She won the trial and was gracious and accommadating in pre- and post-trial negotiations. Impressive lawyer.
