It will be very difficult to communicate and stress what Scott Radcliffe has done for me and what an incredible lawyer he truly is. When I went to Scott to get a second opinion because I felt that my current lawyer was fraudulently billing me, and that there had been little progress in my current cas...e he reviewed the charges and agreed I indeed was being unfairly billed. It's typical I realize, lawyers padding their billing hours but this was seemingly more than that. Much more. I fired the lawyer who had taken so much of my money and neglected to do anything on my case, while Scott went to work not only getting my money back (yes all of it), but pushing insurance to cover the charges rather than it coming out of pocket. While the other lawyers attached to the case on other sides weren't doing their jobs or keeping their clients apprised of progress or any news in the case, I knew every step, good or bad.. every scenario, every single detail that transpired and guess what ?? Not only do I have all of my money back, and insurance ended up covering me because of Scott.. my case is finally over and I can get a good night's sleep again!!! I will never use anyone else to represent me and I recommend you take the same position !!
