Unethical. Elder abuse.
My blind mother's trust was written by this attorney. He put that he would be the co-trustee upon her death. He had his secretary witness it with no other person present to ensure she knew what she was signing. He is now preventing the sale of trust stating he believes my brother needs a conservator....
