Patricia Scott Law, APLC was founded out of attorney Patricia Scott's personal experience with loss. After losing multiple family members and friends shortly after graduating from law school, Patricia decided to use her personal experience of grief, coupled with her legal background in trusts and estates, to bring compassion and advocacy to those dealing with legal issues as a result of death, and to minimize conflict through thorough legal planning.

Located in the center of Alameda across the street from City Hall and steps away from the historic Park Street shopping district, Patricia Scott Law is a boutique law firm focused in the Trusts and Estates practice area. We bring to the Alameda and surrounding community decades of experience in estate planning, probate, trust administration, conservatorships, dispute resolution, and estate and trust litigation. Each case we handle has a unique set of facts and circumstances.
