My law practice is now limited to helping people resolve divorce matters by agreement, in mediation, or otherwise.  "Reasonable resolutions for reasonable people" is my credo.

My service to you includes providing the most cost effective alternatives to resolving your case or situation.  In some matters, I act as the neutral mediator for both parties, who would like my help to resolve their case by agreement.  In other matters, I can act as the consulting attorney for one party, where someone else is acting as the mediator.  I also have consulting attorney conferences with a party who is contemplating divorce and wants to know where they stand legally, and would like to discuss possible agreed upon resolution possibilities.  All my mediation conferences are conducted on Zoom, as are all my consulting attorney legal conferences.

I no longer get involved as a party's representing legal counsel, or in any other way, in contested court litigation.
