The Law Office of Stacy Chiang is a solo practice specialized in the practice of the immigration law. Our firm was established in 2009 to serve mainly San Francisco bay area immigrants and their families, here and abroad. Stacy Chiang is a zealous advocate for family unity and a strong believer that everyone deserves a second chance especially when it comes to individual freedom. Since 2009, we have expanded our practice areas from focusing on criminal deportation defense and family-based immigration to including employment-based immigration. Our staff have all been through immigration process on a first-hand basis, and hence can understand our clients practical and emotional needs throughout the whole process.
