Nicole has a unique ability to transform what can often be an uncomfortable, complicated, and confusing process into a clear, thoughtful plan that reflects each client’s needs, wishes, and best interests. She helps clients understand the legalese involved in creating a will, establishing and funding a trust, and developing an estate plan tailored to their unique circumstances. Her goal is to make sure you understand your options so you can make informed decisions about your legacy and how best to care for the people you love.
Nicole works with clients throughout California and offers convenient virtual meetings, making it easier to address your estate planning needs without the time, expense, and inconvenience of frequent office visits. Her virtual practice allows clients to focus their energy on making thoughtful decisions about the future while receiving personalized guidance throughout the process.
Before opening her own practice, Nicole gained extensive experience at several well-regarded estate planning firms in both Northern and Southern California. There, she worked with clients on everything from foundational estate plans to more complex trust planning and estate administration matters.
In 2019, Nicole founded the Law Office of Nicole Warmerdam with the goal of making high-quality, comprehensive estate planning more accessible. She offers thoughtful, thorough planning designed to address each client’s individual circumstances and goals.
Nicole works directly with her clients and is known for explaining complicated legal and estate planning concepts in a clear, practical way. She believes clients should understand not only what their estate plan says, but why it matters and how it will work when their family needs it.
In addition to her legal practice, Nicole is a sought-after speaker on trust and estate issues. She presents to community groups and provides continuing legal education to newer attorneys. She also regularly writes about estate planning and shares information through blogs and vlogs to help people better understand the decisions involved in planning for their futures.
Outside of her practice, Nicole enjoys traveling, collecting vintage home décor, and spending time with family
