Biography
I work with clients to resolve their disputes, including business, estate and trust, intellectual property (trade secrets and copyright), employment (including ERISA) and creditors' rights issues. I have tried, arbitrated and mediated disputes for clients as plaintiffs and defendants with resolutions of up to $47 million throughout California and in Washington, D.C., Boston and New York and other states as well as Mexico. I team with clients to plan and implement a strategy to efficiently resolve disputes.
I serve as Secretary of the Executive Committee of the State Bar Litigation Section and am active with our local bar association (currently the Conference of Delegates and Buslness Litigation Section and former president of the San Mateo County Bar Association), AYSO, and the community. I enjoy time with my family and traveling, as well as sailing, swimming, backpacking, skiing, and reading.
