Sanjiv Nand Singh

Most recently, retained Sanjiv Singh to serve as founders' counsel during the sale of our software business and concomitant "divorce" from a disparate group of angel investors. He successfully drafted and negotiated numerous agreements, whist deftly interfacing with buyer's and seller's counsel.
