Pam was instrumental helping to sort out a complicated trust/probate issue. We found out two years after my mother died that there was an outstanding insurance policy that had as the beneficiary a trust that none of us remembered as existing. Pam crafted a line of reasoning to dissolve the old trus...t and bring the policy under a newer trust. Pam got the court and the insurance company to agree to make the change, and we received the payout. Pam was wonderful to work with, and we really appreciated her help.
