Joshua Markowitz

Joshua S. Markowitz is a founding attorney of the Law Office of Carcione, Henderson & Markowitz, LLP. He graduated from Roanoke College in Salem, Virginia, in 1997 with a Bachelor of Arts in History and a minor in Religion and Philosophy. In 2001, Joshua received his Juris Doctor from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. While at Hastings, Joshua externed with Justice J. Anthony Kline at the First District Court of Appeal, gaining valuable experience in the appellate process.

Joshua began working for the Carcione law firm in 1999, became a partner at Carcione, Cattermole, Dolinski, Stucky, Markowitz & Carcione, and is now Owner/Partner at the Law Office of Carcione, Henderson & Markowitz.

Mr. Markowitz is a highly experienced trial attorney who represents our clients with fierce advocacy both in and out of court. He has been instrumental in our office’s success in settlements and at trial, having litigated cases that resulted in recoveries totaling over $70 million.

Mr. Markowitz loves spending time with his wife Karol, his son Jonah, and his dogs Trouble and Stuie. He also enjoys going to the movie theater.
