Biography
Jonathan Baker has more than 18 years of experience litigating patent cases. He has tried several cases before the U.S. International Trade Commission, and has served as lead counsel in district courts throughout the country and in appeals before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
Mr. Baker has represented numerous leading technology companies as well as individual inventors in developing and implementing patent monetization strategies. Mr. Baker has litigated cases in diverse technologies, including computer hardware and software, wireless communications, semiconductors, analog circuitry and financial trading systems.
