Not satisfied
I am not satisfied with this lawyer. First of all I went to consultation they charged me more money than their noraml consultation fee. After consultation was over , I emailed to Haitham about some questions. He was rude and responded me back to have another consultation. I went to another attorney ...
Reply by the Attorney Haitham Ballout: I regret that you felt this way. We charged you more for consultation because you specifically requested a 90-minute time slot with me, and we specifically informed you about the additional charges more than once prior to the consultation. Our typical consultation time is 30 minutes. I cannot possibly accept every case that comes to me, and have to decline cases that are incompatible with the way we run our legal practice. I explained to you why we couldn’t accept your case, and I regret that you interpreted this as being rude. I do wish you well however, and sincerely wish that you get the result you are hoping for with another attorney.
"Haitham Ballout is an attorney that I would turn to for sound legal advise on any legal matter. He is an honorable man a seasoned attorney and has a profound courtroom presence. Moreover, he is dedicated to the practice of law and the clientele he serves."
"First and foremost, Mr. Ballout is very trustworthy. I've known him for 25 years and have observed his consistently high-quality work over the years, including several matters for my family."
"I endorse this lawyer as a friend and colleague. Haitham is uniquely qualified as an immigration lawyer."
"I endorse this lawyer. I have represented several clients who are in trouble with immigration due to a pending criminal case and I always refer them to this office. They are responsive, helpful and always honest with the client as to what actually can be accomplished."
