OUTCOME: I was successful in getting this expunction case reversed on appeal

This case involved differing interpretations of a provision of the Texas expunction statute which had never before been tested on appeal. I lost the case at the district court level, but then appealed ... it to the Fourteenth Court of Appeals, which reversed and remanded the trial court's holding in a published opinion.
