My goal is to be efficient and practical. I emphasize specific, context-based, strategic counseling, risk-pathway analysis and dispute resolution focusing on employment and business relationships. My practice normally involves disputes and strategic planning involving multiple inter-related parties, including employees, investors, officers and directors, and all aspects of employment dynamics, from hiring through operational counseling and termination.

As a lawyer and a member of the California State Bar, my conduct is regulated by California’s Rules of Professional Conduct.
