My practice focuses on copyright infringement, trademark infringement and trade secret litigation. I also assist clients prosecuting and defending opposition and cancellation actions before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) and in prosecuting trademark applications and responding to office actions from the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

I have substantial experience with breach of contract matters, partnership and corporate disputes. I have successfully represented my clients’ interests in federal and state courts and in alternative dispute resolution proceedings, including binding and non-binding arbitration and mediation.
