Biography
I began working at a law firm when I was 14 years old and have been working in law ever since. After becoming the ethics partner at a large firm, I began teaching legal ethics as a Lecturer at law schools, mostly at UC-Berkeley but also at Stanford, UC-Hastings, Santa Clara Universtiy, Indiana University - Maurer School of Law, and Golden Gate University. I have sat as an arbitrator in Mandatory Fee Act Arbitrations approximately 40 times or more. Because of my experience in disputes between clients and lawyers, I can assist the plaintiff or the defendant.
