I represent California physicians, dentists, and other licensed providers on the business side of practice: entity formation, buying and selling practices, partnership and MSO structures, regulatory compliance, and disputes between practice owners.

I represent owners and contractors in California construction disputes: payment and mechanics lien claims, contract breaches, defect allegations, and project fallout. Most matters resolve through demand and negotiation; I try the ones that don't.

I handle California real estate disputes and transactions: purchase and sale conflicts, title and escrow issues, co-ownership and partition matters, and landlord-tenant litigation. I litigate when needed and settle when that serves the client.

I advise California business owners on formation, contracts, and partnership issues, and I litigate business disputes: breach of contract, partner and shareholder conflicts, and commercial collection matters, in state courts across California.
