I have litigated patents relating to circuit design & wafer manufacturing equipment/processes, wireless communication systems, encryption, error control coding algorithms, e-commerce, internet apps, and other s/w technologies. I was an extern to the Hon. Spencer Williams of the N.D.Cal. and served as IP litigation counsel at Applied Materials.
