Biography
Carl enjoys the excitement of working with new technologies and the entrepreneurs that develop and bring those technologies to market, and focuses his practice on the representation of emerging technology companies, venture capital and private equity funds, and institutional investors. He represents clients in many industries, including SaaS, cybersecurity, digital media, fintech and frontier tech. When working with emerging growth companies, Carl often serves the role of general counsel and advises on formation, venture capital financings and M&A transactions.
Prior to joining Lowenstein Sandler in January 2011, Carl completed clerkships with the U.S. Department of Justice Antitrust Division and with the San Francisco City Attorney’s Office.
