Bus accident under Southern State Parkway overpass

OUTCOME: After the Defendant's insurance company tendered their insurance policy, our clients were justly and fairly compensated for their serious injuries.

Defendant bus company had their bus operating on the Southern State Parkway where buses are not permitted to travel. The bus went under an overpass and sheered off the top of the bus, causing injuries ... to many passengers. Our firm represented six passengers who were seriously injured on the bus.
