One of the top few in this field of law...

I have had a flawless record of success working with Mr. Levin’s office for over 10 years. I have worked in the consulting / technology industry in Silicon Valley for a number of both start-up and mature American companies. Mr. Levin has deep experience in understanding a business’s requirements for ...hiring foreign labor and clearly articulating how a prospective employees visa requirements accord to immigration law. This is what separated good legal counsel from the mediocre. In addition, Mr. Levin helped me with my change in immigration status from a guest worker to permanent resident when I got married. My story could not have had a better ending when I naturalized as an American citizen last August. I cannot recommend Mr. Levin and his team enough for all that they have done for me over the years.
