John Francis O'Connor

John O’Connor joined Jackson Jenkins Renstrom LLP as an associate in 2013. As an attorney, Mr. O’Connor has predominantly dealt with complex civil litigation matters, including products, premises and general contractor liability and construction defect cases. Mr. O’Connor currently serves as JJR's associate in San Francisco.

In this capacity, he provides a range of services to his clients including deposing witnesses, extensive discovery, document review and motion practice, client reporting, as well as executing overall litigation strategy from the answer to complaint through negotiation and execution of release documentation. Mr. O’Connor is also a member of JJR's budding family law practice. 

John O'Connor passed the California Bar in 2012 and is a member of the California Bar Association. He is a strong writer, thinks analytically and researches diligently. With an emphasis on international law at UC Hastings Law School, John O'Connor prepared to seize opportunities in burgeoning markets globally and right here at home.

With extensive leadership experience as student body president at Loyola Marymount University and beyond, John O'Connor is a strong advocate and has the tools necessary to build coalitions, manage expectations and produce under pressure.
