Daniel handled my O-1A and my EB-1A. Both approved. No RFE. It looks like mine is the first review on this profile, and that fits. Daniel has not even claimed the page; there are no Google reviews; his practice apparently runs on referrals and the goodwill of people he has delivered for. I found h...im that way too (another lawyer recommending him), and this review is me paying it forward. Larson Legal is a two-person boutique: Daniel and Deshna, a paralegal when my first petition was filed and a licensed attorney today, still working together, and they gel perfectly. Everything is built specific to the client, and your attorney is the person who actually answers you. What sets him a class apart: he took as much care with my case as I could have possibly wanted, and he welcomed how involved I was in my own petition. My heavy use of AI, my definitive strategic calls (insisting on a comparable-evidence criterion, structuring the final merits determination so every section independently carried the quantum), revisions as many times as it took to meet my bar. Plenty of firms tolerate an involved client. Daniel built with one. Here is the measure of the confidence his work delivered: by the time we agreed each petition was ready to file, I already knew the outcome. I never once checked my case status. I left it to Daniel to tell me when the approvals came, and he did. That confidence was not something he sold me. Daniel himself tempered my expectations, telling me that even the best cases can draw an RFE. Reading what we were about to send, I simply saw no scope for one. There wasn't.
