they can sue you and obtain judgments that they can garnish your wages, levy on your bank accounts. You cannot go to jail for debt.
If there is a personal judgement against me, can they go after my "S" Corp bank account?

if your name is on the account they can try to use it to satisfy the judgment.

you cannot evict her from the house since she owns it. You will likely need to partition the property. Contact a lawyer in your area.

you as the registered owner of the vehicle are entitled to the compensation for damage to the vehicle.

The blinds themselves are fine, its the pull strings that have worn away, so they dont pull up properly. normal wear n tear?
